The 40 Scholars Charter: Psychometric Selection, 4-Team Research & Plagiarism-Verified Defense

Under the KSF (Student Welfare) Wing, exactly 40 students have been chosen by the foundation through a rigorous psychometric test and formal interview organized by the 3 core members of the Kiran Singh Foundation (Shri Anil Kumar Singh, President; Shri Anuj Kumar Singh, Secretary; and Ms. Akansha Singh, Treasurer). The interviews are conducted by accomplished professionals achieving great heights in their respective fields.

Summer & Winter Internship Programs Under this wing, two flagship internships are offered—the Summer Internship Program and the Winter Internship Program. The primary aim is to develop a solid personality in the students by helping them discover their true potential and incorporating soft skills into their personality, reinforced by regular sessions from expert members of the foundation to instill confidence and enhance technical knowledge.

4 Teams & Three-Tier Supervisory Hierarchy The 40 students are divided into 4 teams, and each team is headed by: 1. Head Superintendent Manager (Tier 1) 2. Dy. Head Superintendent Manager (Tier 2) 3. Team Leader (Tier 3)

Research Reports, Plagiarism Audits & Panel Presentations Diverse research topics are assigned to each of the 4 teams. Each team prepares a formal Research Report alongside a PowerPoint Presentation, which is defended in front of an evaluative panel consisting of top professionals. Every research report must adhere to strict academic format, and a plagiarism report is generated to verify the copying percentage in order to test the credibility and authenticity of the research.

Internship Closing Ceremony & Stipend Conferral At the conclusion of each term, an Internship Closing Ceremony is conducted where students are awarded Certificates, Trophies, and Mementos along with a Stipend amount to honor their hard work and dedication throughout the journey.
